Jenn and I arrived at Anton’s condo (Porto Playa in Playa del Carmen) on July 9, 2006 after having spent a sleepless night variously in Buffalo, NY and Philadelphia, PA. The first thing we did after arriving (well, after Yuri hung up his clothes) was to jump into the rooftop hot tub. Bless Anton and his impeccable taste.

First of all, Jenn’s law school graduation was a great success. I am so proud of her accomplishments. She is currently completing her bar admission course and starting in August will be articling at Gowlings.
My brother Nestor is finishing high school at Humberside CI. He is starting a program in Radio and Television Arts at Ryerson University.
I am also happy to share the good news that I will be returning to Ogilvy Renault as an associate in the IP group. I have the summer of 2006 off (from July 7 - September or so). While I`m not sure precisely what my summer will look like, I know that it will involve playing video games, reading fiction novels, a bit of travel (from July 9 - 19th to Mexico), a canoe trip and otherwise pleasure in the truest sense of the word.
